Package Protection Valid in US.

I really love ONO products so much. I have own afew of them and I really can say it's build with quality and it look very aesthetically pleasing as well. Especailly when you are using them in public as an adult!

I think this product has the potential to be great but it is VERY expensive, mostly due to shipping (which i know they can't control but it still sucks).

I initially bought the full size soft touch roller and it is pretty cool except for the fact that it is too big for my hands and rapidly causes pains in my thumb and other fingers after 30~ seconds of use. I would very gladly exchange it for a junior size, however, the shipping costs is $74. This is almost double the price of buying an actual ONO roller. I purchased this believing I would be able to exchange it at no cost as it even claimed to have "package protection" that would allow free shipping. It was not clear enough that the "package protection" only applies in the US.

Worse is that I purchased the ONO Roller whilst it cost $50. Currently as of writing this review it is now valued at $43. When I attempt to exchange this item for a smaller size, the leftover $8 from the price change is not utilized to deduct from the immense shipping expense.

Even worse is that if I wish to exchange the ONO Roller for a refund, it still costs $74, AND there is a restocking fee of $7. If I want a refund, I will net loss $32 to give them back their item.

I truly do not know why the shipping is absurd. If I want to purchase an entirely new ONO Roller of the smaller size that I want, the shipping is only $21. This causes buying a whole another ONO Roller to be cheaper than exchanging the one I already have for a different size.

I attempted to contact their support about these absurd shipping prices and they simply sent me a link to their returns policy.

If you live somewhere far away from the US and cannot get cheap shipping (like me in Australia), I do not recommend purchasing this unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE that you will enjoy it at the size you ordered. If your hand is on the smaller-end of the measurements they give you then I recommend getting a smaller one. I will not be recommending this to anyone else unless I can get the original $80 I spent back OR exchange this for a different size for free. I will also be attempting to create my own ONO Roller since I believe they are still pretty overpriced.

Hello, I have decided to buy Ono to keep my hands busy because I usually create wounds on pimples or tear my eyebrows while I study. Before writing a review I wanted to try the object, and now I can say that the process is difficult but surely Ono is helpful. the only thing I feel like criticizing is the really high price for shipping to Italy, I would like to buy another one But I think I'll wait .
