This website is operated by Sleek Life Design LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sleek Life Design LLC.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST typically ship out the same day. All orders placed after 3:00 pm EST will ship out next business day. Orders placed Friday after 1:00pm - Sunday will ship out Monday. Transit time from that point is determined by the method of delivery chosen at checkout.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated depending on your location and preference of timing, and displayed at checkout. Domestic shipping may take anywhere from 2-8 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated depending on your location and preference of timing and displayed at checkout. International shipping may take anywhere from 5-18 business days. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

PACKAGE PROTECTION:
We have no control over the carriers or delivery, and are not to be held liable for any lost or damaged packages. Therefore, we suggest adding package protection to your order for instances where this may occur. You can read more about this in our return policy here.
