There are 3 things I'm obsessed with on this item

Weight
From the moment the item arrived I was immediately surprised by the weight. I think this is a huge plus. It feels like an intentional object I'm grabbing on to and feels well built.

Design
There are many "cheap" looking and feeling fidgets on the market and I feel this is a huge step above the rest. I'm an adult that works in the design industry and when I buy an object I honestly just want it to look beautiful as well and these look great stacked together on my desk. Additionally, the silicone finish is just such a lovely touch. It feels great. I have yet to test how east it is to clean.

Infinitely "Fidget-able"
Yes I made that word up but the point still stands. I found myself fidgeting with what is esentially 8 magnets. I already plan on gifting this to anyone in the future that I feel could benefit from it.

I cannot understate the sheer *quality* of the Signets!

For a quick rundown, the Ono Signets product consists of a box of 8 magnetic balls, surrounded by a silicone tactile coating. Along with a black and clear plastic storage container.

Upon my first impression I was truly surprised by the weight of them. All of them together weighing 510g

The magnets are strong, making my other magnetic stim toys feel incredibly weak in comparison.

The Signets are both soft and hard, like compacting fresh snow in your hands. The silicone is smooth and velvety, and they have a comforting presence in my hand.

There are 4 different textures that you receive.

- The 1st, I could describe as a golf ball/moon texture, the smoothest in the box. On its own it has a worrystone quality to it.

- The 2nd is a pokey laundry ball shape, the most textured Signet. I really like picking at the spikes with my fingernail to satisfy urges I have for skin picking and nail biting.

- The 3rd is a rippled, ribbed shape. I love running my fingernails along the edges and rolling it between my hands

- The 4th, a slightly smoother, pokey ball, This one I love rolling against my skin for a massage like quality

However! It's not on their own that the Signets really shine, it's how they interact together!

Due to their different textures, they roll and bounce off eachother in unique ways, valley to peak, divot to bump. And have a satisfying rubbery thunk to them.

Because of their size, the signets are a 2 handed fidget toy. And their best use case is for longer stimming.

Personally long phone calls, waiting rooms and video meetings are the perfect place to use Signets because of how quiet they are.

The box they come in is stylish, however not suitable for a carry case as the magnetic holdings can become undone easily in a bag.

I have seen carry cases are available on the Ono website however I didn't purchase it. So if portability is a must for you, I urge you to take a look!

I could go on for ages telling you about how I like to stim with them but no words can describe how fantastic the Ono Signets are.

They're professional and therapeutic, wouldn't be surprised to find them SEN, therapy and counseling rooms all across England in the next coming years.

So I give these 5 stars!

I am now awaiting my THIRD set of Signets. Why three, you ask? Because I have been gifting ONO fidgets to children who I work with since last school year, and even though I purchased Signets for myself, they keep getting “adopted” by children who handle them.

They’re exceptionally well made, have a great feel and weight, and they’re actually larger than you might think. As long as mine keep getting absconded with, I’ll continue replacing them. It’s that cool of a product.

A fun distraction.

These are so spot on. The weight is fantastic, and you can mix and match the textures for a custom experience. This is such a well thought out product!
