ONO Scroller Aluminum

I wasn’t expecting its effect to be so instantaneous! This stroller definitely calms my anxiety. I purchased it with the keychain and I love that I get to carry it everywhere without losing it. I’m definitely buying more things as I type this.

In the email asking for a review, ONO states, "Reviews can help other customers find the right fidget for their needs." Too true. I'm here to help you find the right fidget for your needs by saying you should go buy your fidget from a business that actually respects its customers instead of taking advantage of them. Let me explain:

I ordered this item and a number of other items together. Any fidgeter understands that a toy needs to feel, look, and function a very specific way to serve its purpose, and these qualities vary for everyone. Any *vendor* whose business is solely selling fidget toys *should* then, understand that many times, and perhaps more often than not, a given toy may not suit a given customer's fidgeting needs. ONO clearly does not, or else they wouldn't charge a 40-DOLLAR FEE on TOP of the customer also paying return shipping ($11+ in my case) to send back a toy that doesn't fulfill its purpose (and no, forcing a customer to pay a smaller fee up front for the privilege of avoiding the larger fee later after receiving the items, is NOT an acceptable alternative, it's exploitation insurance--exploitation ONO is responsible for and could choose not to impose, and does anyway). I am not the kind of person who often cares to leave reviews, positive or negative, but I feel so strongly that potential customers should be warned AND that ONO should be shamed that I'm leaving this review. I will certainly NEVER return to ONO to buy a single thing, and others should consider doing the same. Get your toys from some other business that respects the customers it relies on to survive.

Perfect for our needs

This fidget is really great quality and really smooth. I wish there was an option to get one with one with a click after swiping, kind of like being on tik tok.

I had an issue with the ONO Scroller keychain—it didn’t hold the Scroller securely, and unfortunately I ended up losing it (which was especially disappointing since it was a gift). I reached out to customer service to explain what happened, and Emmanuel was incredibly kind and understanding. They sent me a replacement Scroller at no cost, which really meant a lot. It’s rare to find that level of care and support these days. While the keychain didn’t work out for me, the Scroller itself is a great product, and the customer service was genuinely excellent. It's nice to see a company that stands behind their products and treats customers well.
